This essay classify 3 types of cooking which is terrible cooking, coping cooking and good cooking.
In the first essay, I think it tells his feelings. But, In the second essay it tells me more about his feelings like he feels terrible because of the green bean or pork and in the part he talks about a good cook he makes me imagine that it is delightful as a mixture of sweet and sour tastes. However, As I said the second essay shows us that it is more detailed, specific as well as making other know his feelings
